1. Who We Are

Morning App Labs ("we", "our", or "us") is an independent software studio that builds custom WordPress plugins, Android applications, Windows desktop utilities, and browser-based web tools. Our website is located at morningapplabs.com.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we may collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Contact Form Submissions

When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, which may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The type of project you are enquiring about
  • Your message and any other details you choose to share
  • An optional budget range

This data is processed by Formspree (our form handling service) and forwarded to our email inbox. We do not store your form submissions in any database of our own. Please refer to Formspree's privacy policy for information on how they handle your data.

2.2 Website Hosting & Server Logs

Our website is hosted on Hostinger. Like all web servers, Hostinger's servers automatically record basic access information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We do not control or actively monitor these logs. Please refer to Hostinger's Privacy Policy for details.

2.3 Analytics

We do not currently use any analytics service (such as Google Analytics) on this website. No tracking scripts or cookies are placed on your device by us.

2.4 Cookies

Our website does not set any cookies of its own. If your browser stores cookies from visiting this site, they are set by third-party services (such as the font loading from Google Fonts or the web server itself) — not by Morning App Labs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you send through our contact form solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Discuss and scope a potential development project with you
  • Follow up on a previous conversation

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. We will never add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

4. Our Apps and Plugins

4.1 Form Focus (Web App)

Form Focus is a browser-based tool. All file processing happens entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript. No files, images, or documents you process with Form Focus are ever uploaded to any server. We collect no data whatsoever through this application.

4.2 Glance Search (Windows App)

Glance Search is an offline Windows desktop utility. It does not connect to the internet, does not send any data to any server, and requires no account or login. No personal data is collected or transmitted by this application.

4.3 Math Drill (Android App)

Math Drill stores all your progress data (session history, accuracy, streaks) locally on your device. No data is synced to or stored on any server operated by Morning App Labs. The app does not require a login or account. Standard Android platform analytics (if enabled in your device settings) may be subject to Google's own privacy policies.

4.4 MALabs WordPress Plugins (Client-Deployed)

MALabs Warranty, MALabs Repair, and MALabs Labels are custom WordPress plugins deployed on our clients' own hosting environments. The data collected by these plugins (such as warranty registrations, customer contact details, and service case information) is stored in the client's own WordPress database and is subject to the client's own privacy policy, not ours. Morning App Labs does not access, store, or process any end-user data from our clients' installations.
